This policy explains what personal information Sigiri Group collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect — When you submit an enquiry, reservation or rental request we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your request. For rental and lease agreements we additionally collect identity documents required by Qatari law.

Why we collect it — To respond to your enquiry, fulfil a contract you have entered into with us, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

How long we keep it — Enquiries are retained for 24 months. Contracts and their supporting documents are retained for the period required by Qatari commercial and tax law.

Who we share it with — We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the Sigiri Group business handling your request, and with government bodies where a service requires it (for example, PRO submissions).

Your choices — You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to privacy@sigiri.qa.
